Embodied Mindfulness Therapy (EMT) is a professional training that blends mindfulness-based interventions, somatic awareness, and nervous system education into an integrative, trauma-informed framework.
It’s designed for yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, holistic therapists, and mental health professionals who want to bring body-mind integration into their client work.

Graduates can obtain professional insurance and begin offering Embodied Mindfulness Therapy sessions upon completion.

Duration: 7 weeks online + 3 in-person days + time to complete 2 x case studies (3 month deadline)
